   GAP

GAP is a new community collaborative for Graduates and Professional Jewish Adults, ages 24 -35. Please email Rhonda Gurinsky, Membership/Program Director at Congregation Agudas Achim (r.gurinsky@agudas-achim.org) to be placed on our email notification list for future events.

As GAP has entered it’s second year, the distribution list has grown to include 120 Graduates and Professionals in the San Antonio area.  The GAP Myspace page has over 40 “friends” and the events including Comedy Night, Happy Hours, an Evening at the Vexler Theatre have all been quite successful.  Next month, GAP and the Young Women’s Division will gather together for an Evening of Fitness and Wellnes.  GAP is truly expanding and that is why we need you!  GAP is truly growing!

According to the GAP online survey, the event that most would be likely to attend is a Hanukkah event. The 2006 event was a non-private party at La Pasion and the 2007 event was a volunteer day at the Animal Defense League.

A group meeting will be the opportunity to present ideas for a 2008 GAP Hanukkah event.

Your ideas, participation and feedback will be much appreciated.  We will appreciate your feedback on a date, time, venue, theme, activities ect.

Please e-mail Aliyah Kuchinsky at kuchinskya@jcc-sa.org if you can attend the meeting which will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd at 6pm at the JCC.
